Reportage al Cafè Quinson di Morgex


Cambiamo genere questa volta. Ho avuto il piacere di fotografare uno di quei rari posti dove è possibile riscoprire la genuinità e la tradizione della cucina tipica Valdostana rivisitata in chiave moderna, dove tutto è preparato sul momento con ingredienti di primissima qualità e l’accoglienza e la passione sincere fanno da cornice alla splendida atmosfera montana della location.

Si tratta dello storico Cafè Quinson di Morgex gestito dalle sorelle Anna ed Elena e dallo Chef stellato Michelin Agostino Buillas.
